Join Our App Team

We're looking for bilingual, tech-savvy, people-friendly team members to join our part-time Food City App Support Team. Help our customers download, set up, and use the brand-new Food City App—right at the store!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers with downloading and navigating the new Food City app

  • Provide friendly, step-by-step support in English and Spanish

  • Answer questions about app features like coupons, shopping lists, etc.

We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) speakers

  • Comfortable with smartphones and mobile apps

  • Patient, upbeat, and eager to help people

  • Flexible availability, including mornings and weekends

  • Great communicators with a customer-first mindset
