Food City is hosting a Call for Vendors March 19th & 20th to meet with new potential local vendors and sample their products. We’re always excited to discover new products from members of our community, and as a local business, we love to support other local businesses!

This application gives you a chance to tell us about your business, your products, and why you think they would be a great fit for our stores. Before getting started, please take a moment to review the requirements below. We can’t wait to learn more about what you create!

🚨 Deadline to apply: March 2, 2026 🚨

If you are chosen to pitch your product to Food City, you will be contacted via email by early March.

Requirements:

• Products may be food or non-food related

• Must be located within El Paso or a surrounding town or city (can include Las Cruces, NM)

• Packaged food products only:

  • Must be made in a licensed commercial kitchen. Home kitchens are not allowed.

  • Must have valid food license

• Provide Federal Taxpayer Identification Number 

• Carry liability insurance. 

• Must have the ability to deliver products to our stores

• Packaging must meet all local, state, and federal requirements.
